Symphony No. 11 in F minor

was composed by Herschel while he was living in “Pontefract in Yorkshire Nov 1st 1761”. There are three movements:

Allegro, Andante and Presto assai.

It is scored for 2 violins, viola, bass. This edition is based upon GB Lbm Add. MS 49625/5 (holograph score) and MS 49629/5 (holograph parts).
